"My favorite nail salon in North Orange County. They're always kind with great customer service. Tony is a super star with ombre and shaped my acrylics perfectly. Recently I broke a nail the same day I got the set and they were so kind to repair the next day. I'll be going here from now on."

"TLDR:Really bad service. Nail technician was curt and rude in responses to my questions and did not pay a lot of attention to detail. If you pay attention to detail or like good service avoid. I came in with a Japanese nail manicure that I loved but had grown out. The nail technician Pulled painfully hard on my nails (to be fair I did have a thick manicure) while trying to remove the gel but WITHOUT first soaking them in acetone. She claims it’s the type of gel manicure that I got previously that’s the cause of the damage but it’s pretty standard to first soak the nails before trying to take off gel especially for thicker gels. Not only was there damage but she also continuously sighed and when I asked questions, was very curt and dismissive. I would overlook the issues if the actual manicure was ok but i had to point out multiple times that my nail shapes and lengths weren’t even and even in the paint job the coat wasn’t evenly applied. Base of nails is also irregular. Manager also wasn’t up front about additional costs to remove my previous Japanese gel manicure. Location is great and price is cheap so I might give them one more try and update the review."
