"When I got my haircut, it was bare minimum, like 10 minutes. It seemed like the stylist wanted to get me out of there as soon as possible. I was not offered the MVP, even though I would have taken it. Despite this, I was still charged for the MVP. I've been to sportsclips enough times to know you guys are usually better than this. But this time was disappointing. With plenty of other options, I won't be back for a long while"

"Got my first haircut since the pandemic started, and my first at this location. Being able to sign in remotely was great. Got there and found out they had set up the stations to be able to do the cuts outside, which was a pleasant surprise safety-wise. They were also using a different cover for each customer, and seemed to be disinfecting the equipment regularly. Very pleased with these precautionary measures. The cut was quick and pretty precise to what I asked. My one complaint would be that it took a good bit longer to get on the chair than expected, even with the remote check in. But that's sort of understandable as they seem to be pretty busy, with many other places being closed, and it had the longest weekend hours if all Sports Clips within the nearest several towns. All in all, it was a good experience and I'd come again."
