"This was a painful (because I had to get a root canal) yet Comforting experience! I showed up to my appointment on time— Fernando greeted me instantly. The staff could see I was in a great deal of pain and offered to assist with the new patient paperwork— they were able to get me examined immediately— every staff member and health care worker greeted me— when Dr. S came in, he was very pleasant, always asked about my pain and comfort level— he worked quickly with my root canal— I set up a do-able payment plan that would satisfy the work that needed to be done. They reached out to see if I received my prescriptions. They have a great team! I give this healing place a 10/10!"
"Avoid this office if you want your time to be valued... I had to visit this Tustin office twice before because of their unprofessional work behavior. And today, again I lost my valuable time including a wait time of 10 minutes, trips, totaling 38 minutes (7.9 miles). The staff contacted me and texted me once to remind me of my appointment. Upon arriving, I was informed that the doctor wasn't available and he had an emergency, I wasn't notified beforehand although they had enough time to inform me. I understand doctors can have emergencies but I am a phone call away!!!! The young man asked me to come back again tomorrow like I am a person who does not have anything to do but come and go as their wish. I asked if the doctor stepped away or did not come at all and the lady at the front desk said he did not come at all. Then how come you did not let me know? Are you living in 1800s? You have a system in front of you and all the necessary equipment to see that I have an appt coming up with the same doctor? This lack of communication resulted in unnecessary trips. It would be appreciated if they informed patients in advance about such changes. But aside from fake smiles, they have nothing to offer not even an acknowledgment of their disrespectful behavior towards their patients or an apology. I have encountered a similar situation at their Orange clinic as well, impacting my trust in their professionalism and patient care. At their Orange location, I had my scan completed and left after they told me everything was set. After few minutes, when I am on my way home, they told me to come back and take the CD for their Tustin location because they cannot do it electronically. Long story short, please find another clinic that has more PROFESSIONAL front desk manager who can handle emergency situations without disrespecting the patients or their valuable time."
"Horrible customer service. My roommate died 18 months ago and I’ve called multiple times asking very politely to stop sending bills to my home. Just woke up to another today. You’d think this was a simple request Update: Called again per the request below of the owner. They said they couldn't help me unless I provided a death certificate or his family's address to send them the bill. I tried to explain the issue with this but was rudely interrupted by the lady on the phone. I am baffled by the lack of understanding. The greed is apparent. These people disgust me"
"Went twice. First time they swindled me by getting me to do a deep cleaning for half of my teeth that cost me like $300. They didn’t even offer a routine cleaning first. Tried to get me to do a second appointment to finish the deep cleaning which I rejected. The second time I went, I tried to get a routine cleaning done which is supposed to be covered by my insurance and was told it would run me about $100. I left and switched to a different dental office where I am free from these predatory antics."
