"I know this place through LHI, the doctors and the assistants are professional, they did a great job treating my wife. But when I needed a deep cleaning the woman in charge of the billing trying to have me pay $900+ before getting approval from the insurance. I found it too much considering other dental office only charge around $600 with out insurance. So I went to another dental office for my deep cleaning for less than $500 at Century Grove Dental Care. Then the woman called me today said she has a treatment plan for me, ask me if I still wanted. After I said NO I already did the deep cleaning, She responded to me in voice of Despise : "where did you go, Tijuana? " I found it very disturbing and disrespectful as a Service member and a Prior Patient. She then insisted of having me to tell her where I went for the Deep Cleaning. That is unprofessional and lack of boundaries. I would leave Zero star if I can. The Lady sits in that office need to learn some manners."
