"Place sucks, don’t recommend it at all. Bad service, plus the nails don’t last longer than 2 days. They say topline but they have no experience the nails aren’t even ok to say so. You’ll at least spend $150 here or more and have mid nails"
"Omg!! I love getting my nails done here. I get so many compliments. The place looks absolutely gorgeous. I love sipping on Mimosa's and other drinks while getting my pedicures. The nail techs do excellent work."
"I wish there was an option for 0 stars. I’ve hesitated for a long time to do this but if it might help someone avoid this place I need to do it. I used to love this place. I was a customer from back before the other spot burned down and someone lost their life. Me like many other loyal customers felt bad for Jennifer. This place has always had the mentality of quantity before quality. Don’t get me wrong they do have some talented techs (some can be snobs). After the last move everything got worse than before though. It is a beautiful place and probably because of that the prices have become even more ridiculous. Now you not only get charged for the full set/refill + charms/designs (like always) but now you even have to pay extra for the polish you choose (different polishes have different prices) before it was included. For me that wasn’t the worst part. I accepted it, I figured Jennifer needed to make her money back that she’s put in to her new place. What put the nail in the coffin for me was the run around I got from Jennifer in not wanting to give me back my deposit for the procell (and never got it and I figured I never will). I put down $250, way back before she opened when she first started talking about this new service she was going to offer (procel). I let her know I had been diagnosed with skin cancer on my face and my MD advised against it. After I told her she said she had to see if she could return my deposit and would get back to me. I followed up so I would call her. She avoided my calls and when I went in person she gave me bogus excuses and say she would call me back but never did. I could’ve even accepted to get service for the same value done instead of the money but that wasn’t even an option (there was no way she was going to lose $250, which compared to how much she makes per day is probably a very small amount in comparison). But that’s how we learn by experience. Another thing, way before this happened I got an infection on one of my toes from a pedicure I got from there. I was an idiot and continued going after I healed. I should’ve stopped going and this incident with the deposit would’ve never happened. Her techs are pushy, always pushing for more to charge more and don’t even listen to what you want. They just want to hurry up and finish to get someone else. I wished this place the best once, after this post I won’t even think about this place again. Karma is real, remember that. One day if she hasn’t yet, she will be sued. She’s owing to mess with the wrong person (better yet the right person). Sometimes that’s what people need to be humbled again."
"Wow, although I am typically gracious, I have never had a worst nail experience in my life. The technicians are kind, but skilled techs do not listen to what I wanted and instead give me what they thought was best. The techs that do listen are not skilled at all, and very sloppy, so you leave dissatisfied either way."
"No good. First time customer. I had a appointment at 10am for my refill and didn't get seen until 10:45am . Got seen by a random lash tech instead of the one I choosed online during the appointment booking process and this tech was constantly sneezing and talking and she didn't do the look I wanted. A few hours later my lashes had dried white crusty glue on them. She used to much glue and the image below shows how lazy this employee was . Never coming back."
