"One of the worst offices you can choose. Has been a nightmare working with this location. Endless pointless appointments. Don't know how many time we showed up and no work was done . They' don't spend enough time with patients just want them in & out. My daughter lasted 3 weeks with out a wire pushing her date to have them removed over the lack of communication. When expressed to the manager she wasn't helpful at all . Told us to come back and hour earlier next time to get what we needed done . This was gonna be the 3rd appointment we showed up to so they can tell us the work can't be performed . Mind you I physically walked into this office to make this specific appointment. Employees look so annoyed to deal with anyone's concerns . Definitely wouldn't recommend this location . At all ."

"After only 3 visits since August . I do not recommend this place at all for braces. They don’t have appointments within the month and kept cancelling my appointment to the next month. I’m on auto-pay so it’s frustrating that I’m paying for services I don’t receive each month. I had to call corporate for an appointment. I understand why now their yelp page has a low review score."
