"Had the displeasure of having Mindy as our stylist. An experience that went from bad to worse. She was unable to take clear direction, didn’t use our reference photos, and completely messed up my hair. She didn’t want to fix it after taking zero ownership in her mistake and was very rude to myself and my wife. To top it off, she refused to give any kind of refund. Management of the Salon said there was nothing they can do because it’s 100% up to the stylist to deliver a refund. The worst hair experience I’ve ever had. Mindy is very unprofessional and gives pour customer service. Choose any other stylist"
"Connie was amazing! I came in with really long hair, ready to chop it off, and she delivered the cut and style I wanted. Her scalp massage was great and she kindly and patiently answered any questions I had about hair health, styling, and products. I even purchased the shampoo and conditioner she recommended, so my hair won't get as dry and damaged again. Connie was friendly and conversational; I felt comfortable the whole time and would definitely re-book with her, as well as recommend her to others. So glad to have found a salon and stylist I love!"
"I love Mindy! She is amazing. I get so many compliments on my haircut, and it's by far the best cut I've ever had. She also did an amazing job with the color. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted so she helped me out a ton and it turned out beautiful. She is very talented and I will keep coming back!"
