"A friend of mine got their hair trimmed and roots touched up here because they had a positive experience the first time but this time they were completely careless about the dyeing process and trimming the hair. They chopped blunt chunks out of it and left their hair splotchy with toner and spots where the bleach didnt even get to. I brought this up with the manager and she just got really defensive and blamed it on the toner, even if the was the toner it is just plain careless to leave white in hair that shouldve been ginger. I usually have patience but I truly believe that woman should have her license revoked. Especially the woman that trimmed the hair. If your hair means a lot to you, I highly recommend you stay away from this place."

"I showed a picture of what I asked and the lady clearly did know what she was doing. She had to ask for help and even with the help, the hair cut was left choppy with not easy transition. I was then blamed for this. I would have been easier if she said she didn’t know."
