"THANK YOU JACQUELINE! I havent been to a salon in 6-7 years due to terrible experiences, so I've been cutting my own hair since. I had major anxiety over being shamed for self cutting my own hair - but sitting and talking with Jacqueline there was no judgement and only warm, inviting energy. We talked through what I wanted and she not only knew exactly what I versioned but she was so excited to work with me!!! "I decided to get bangs and a haircut one day, and the person that had done it was the most unprofessional person EVER. My bangs turned out to be really uneven with the haircut she had gave me, and it looked like I clipped on those fake ones. This has happened at many other Supercut salons. The solution would be to hire more people with better experience. Most of the good ones quit from what I heard. Probably not coming here again.))"
