"Sharon gave me the best haircut I've ever had! I have never had a haircut while my hair was long, so I didn't really know what I was doing or what to ask for beyond "a trim to get rid of the thin parts". I let Sharon know that I was new to the process and told her what I just told you, and she knocked it out of the park! She cleaned up my nape and sideburns and combed out my hair so that she could make a plan for the cut, and she explained what she was doing at each step of the process. She told me about how long she thought would make the hair look full and healthy, and she absolutely nailed the look that I wanted. She even had recommendations for somewhere to take our mom out for dinner! The haircut was great, and the experience was great, too. I definitely recommend coming in and asking for Sharon, especially if you're nervous about haircuts or need help finding the right length for you."

"Ruby attended to me, as I wanted to colour my hair. The first visit was to consult the salon for advice. She was highly informative, provided objective recommendations and solutions to my virgin attempt to lighten my hair shade. On the actual day, 2 days later, she did not rush me at all to make my decisions, despite a personal appointment due that night. As everyone who dyes their hair knows, the process is time-consuming & tedious. Even when the time neared for her appointment, she didn't rush & ensured I received all I wanted. Definitely, I'll return here to continue colouring my hair. My hair turned out evenly coloured and according to the catalog, as shown in the photos attached here. The other stylists were happily helping her out as well. Very good teamwork and atmosphere."
