"I can't emphasize enough how utterly disappointed and infuriated I am with my experience at The Powder Room. It was an absolute nightmare from start to finish, and I wouldn't wish this upon my worst enemy. I made an appointment for a simple hair dyeing session, expecting a routine visit. Little did I know, I was about to embark on a journey of sheer incompetence and unprofessionalism. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a disorganized mess of a salon, with stylists running around like headless chickens. My stylist, who seemed more interested in gossiping with her colleagues than attending to her clients, wasted the entire appointment debating with her coworkers on what to do with my hair. After enduring an excruciatingly long and unproductive haircut session, I was informed that there wasn't enough time to dye my hair. Seriously? How can a supposedly professional establishment mismanage their time so egregiously? To add insult to injury, I was forced to schedule another appointment for the dyeing process, but guess what? They conveniently had no availability until the following week. So much for accommodating their clients' needs! When I had the audacity to cancel my appointment due to their incompetence and lack of respect for my time, I was met with hostility and unprofessional behavior from the staff. And to top it all off, they had the audacity to charge me a whopping $300 cancellation fee, on top of the outrageous $250 haircut! Can you believe the nerve of these people? I cannot stress this enough: Stay far away from The Powder Room. Save yourself the headache, the wasted time, and the exorbitant charges. The service here is an absolute disgrace, and they clearly have no regard for their customers' satisfaction or well-being. Trust me, you're better off going anywhere else for your hair care needs. Consider yourself warned. Additionally, I found another salon that not only offered better prices but also had more flexible scheduling and kinder staff. It was a night-and-day difference compared to my experience at The Powder Room. Save yourself the trouble and give your business to establishments that value their customers."
