"Save yourself a ton time and do not send your children to this pediatric dental office. I have had a horrible experience. Little Crown will not process my claim with Cigna. I am now having to process the claim myself direct with our insurance. After my child's procedure I had to follow-up with Little Crown so they would process the claim, each time they said they would process the claim and to wait 5-6 weeks to complete it. Three months later and 3 follow-up phones, each time they asked me to wait longer, and it still has not been processed. Now I am spending more time having to work with Cigna directly to get our claimed processed. Not acceptable to us. We have switched dentist and hope others do not suffer the same fate as us. Stay away."

"We had a great experience for our daughters at Little Crown in Sierra Madre. There is a big room with several chairs together. My initial thought was that there is no privacy. But it was actually brilliant! Then our 2 year old could see her big sister and that helped her to feel comfortable. And it's convenient as siblings can get checked at the same time. The staff were all super friendly and great with the kids. Would definitely recommend this place to other families!"

"This office is amazing! The first thing you notice is how calm it is--which I wouldn't have expected from a pediatric dentist. The front office staff is welcoming and the wait time is short. Very low stress. I was very impressed with how clean the office was as well. I am an adult and wanted Invisalign, and decided to visit this office on a whim--and I am so glad I did! It definitely isn't just for kids. Dr. Wu is incredible. She is very patient and explained treatment options in understandable terms. She made me feel very comfortable and didn't pressure me to rush into any decisions. I would recommend this office to anyone, regardless of age, that is looking for an honest dental office that is warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable."
