"Took my car there in November for front brakes.. that young kid there was awesome in customer service.. showing me what they found wrong.. showing me the new rotors and brakes pads they were going to put in. Now I take the car back in because the rotors feel warped and was told they would be under warranty. So I made an appointment letting them know what was going on.. advised them it should be under warranty.. and it was. However, 6 1/2 hrs to turn the rotors!!! It took the 1st time to see the problem..get new rotors and pads delivered to this location and put on in 3 1/2 hrs. And it was on the weekend when it was busy. I was perfectly ok with the 3 1/2 for the work that was done and how that young kid kept me informed of what was going on.. but this guy told me it was warped because of my wife's driving.. not because of anything thing else like hot and cold on the rotor wet and dry etc.. and what ticked me off the most.. not even "sorry for the wait." He could have lied to me to save face and say the machine broke and had to fix it.. but to tell me he had other people in front of me after I asked why it took so long to just turn the rotors.. when my appointment was at 830am?? Not this place ever again, and I never leave reviews.. as a matter of fact.. this is my 1st EVER!!"

"I will not be going here ever again. On my last two visits, I had a really bad rattling sound from my and my partner's car that we asked to get checked. We were told on both occasions that nothing was wrong. Well, two days ago, my partner looked under the car and found screws and bolts missing from our STRUT. We went to get it fixed at another place, and they even asked why no one saw it. It also fixed the issue with our ABS system that we talked to them about. This is a solid disappointment. If you're getting your oil changed, fine, but don't go for anything serious with your car."

"I've gone to Discount Tire over the years for various work done to my cars and have always been pleased with the work and customer service until my last trip for an oil change on Monday January 15th. The new manager Bill was less than friendly borderline rude and after waiting for 3 hours , I proceeded to pay and showed Bill the manager my coupon at which point he huffed and complained about having to rein put the information in the computer. Once I got home I realized that the oil that was listed on the invoice receipt I was given, Was The Wrong Oil! I immediately called and spoke with Bill who told me that it was ok to put 5w30 when my car takes 5w20. I knew that to be untrue. I had to go back the very next day to have the oil drained and have the correct oil put in my vehicle. The whole experience left me felling like the next time I need any work done on my car to go anywhere else other than Discount Tire on Baseline in San Bernardino. Disappointed customer!!"
