"After going through a disastrous journey of trying to get a set of rare wheels chromed by 3 other companies, I stumbled across this company at the SEMA show. After speaking to the owner, he gave me a fair estimate on repairing 8 SEVERELY damaged wheels for me, I immediately had them shipped across the country. 4 weeks later, I received the packages. My hopes for them being perfect were low as the previous company in Detroit had said that they were all damaged and unrepairable. As I opened the box, without exaggeration, I became speechless. They were Perfect! I sent junk to them and received jewelry in return. Edgar, Gustavo, and the rest of the team knocked it out of the park. Thank you guys!!"

"One star is too generous. Ordered a set of wheels, was told a week and it took a month. Tried to reach the OWNER of the company and he wouldn’t talk to me. The wheels get here and come to find out they’re the wrong ones and they don’t fit. Stay away from this company unless you have ibuprofen on deck to help with the headache you’ll get from dealing with these incompetent bozos."

"I had ordered some rims back in October from Gaspar. I was then told by Gustavo that they were gonna take 4 to 6 weeks to get. I was referred to them by a few of my friends in my car club who told me they both got their rims within a week. After patiently waiting for 6 weeks i decided to call them and ask what was going on. After being on hold for like 15 min Gaspar told me he would call me back. Never got a call back. I called them back instead and was told they would be ready by the end of the week. End of the week came, no call. So called them again they said they end of next week. No call again! Called them again and they said by the end of the 3rd week. Finally got them in after bugging them. They said they have been busy but i said its been over 2 months since i put this order in! They are all very nice guys but cmon now! At least communicate with your customers! Gave them two stars instead of one since they are good guys. Wont do business with them again and if you do, plan on waiting more than 2 months for your order."

"I was sent a set of 5 20x8 reverse wire wheels I ordered thru Audio City back in September(ordered and paid in August) and the quality was trash so I sent them back to Galaxy WW per Brian of Audio City. I spoke with both Brian at AC and Gustavo at GWW and all I got was the runaround. Here it is already December and STILL no wheels. Gustavo first told me to give them 2 weeks rite after I sent the 1st set back and he would have me a brand new PERFECT set built and shipped out to me and nope, NOTHING. I called over and over and I got, the new parts are here(2nd week of October) and I personally inspected them and they are perfect so let me build them and they will be there in 2 weeks(Halloween) for sure I promise OR the new parts just came in hot off the truck and we will build them over the weekend so you will have them next week, I promise. Well it seems to me like the promises are nothing but words because I was told I would have tracking info by today(12-4-18) but when I called....oh Gustavo says that the parts just came in today and we will build them and ship them out my Monday next week so call us next Tuesday for tracking info.....NOTHING BUT LIES!!!!!!"
