"Overcharge me $400 oil change claims screws loose which I find out big fat lies. I never comeback again this place ripped me off charging unnecessary with bunch lies. I got ripped off $400 service I didn’t even request & they started working on replacing my oil pan which nothing wrong with it and I told them stop but the claim they already started unscrewed it. All they have to do is put back old screws but they refuse & want to keep charging me. They claimed oil pan was leak where no evidence I see leaking. Don’t go this place if you don’t want get ripped off. I reported to yelp and consumer place as well. They keep ripping off consumer like that they will go out of business soon I declare that & I would sue this shop if I have time to go to court get all my money back which they lied to me ripping me off. I am expecting to get my money restored 7-fold of what this guy stolen from me. This place is very bad business they rip off people. Expect this place go out of business soon. This owner is a thief and liar. He trick you pay something you don’t need to fix. Stay away from this business. I have already reported to consumer made complaints. I would give minus zero for this place. It will go out business soon. They also stole my hub cab of scion. I noticed my hub cab missing on one of my tires which I had. I call them back about missing hub cab and they told me they look for it. If they find it, they told me they will call back but never received call back. I know if I go over there, they will say they lost it. I know all four tire hub cab was there before I took my car because I washed my car early morning. Then after I pick up my car, my hub cab missing. I had to order myself new one to replace them. I am very disappointed this place hopefully this place will shut down."

"Been coming here since 2019. This shop is one of the best repair shop in Orange County, not only quality work, cheapest rate, and friendly staff but the most important of all is their honesty. They will only offer the service you need (no BS) and recommend future repair to keep your vehicle in good shape and they wont feel bad if you bring your car to other shop. They just want you to be safe while driving your car. Today, I tried calling multiple shops for a price check for oil change and none can beat their price. No need for coupons here, National Auto Repair has the lowest price in town. Been doing this price check for 2 years now. I always have a peace of mind when I'm here. Great service for less!!"
