"I have been getting haircuts at this location since I was 6 years old (over 30 years). Over the years, there's been a degradation in quality of service and professionalism. But this last Saturday will be my final visit. Melissa (Korean lady up front) is a total joke and couldn't be any more rude. She absolutely stinks... Awful haircut, answered phone calls when working on my hair - even though there were other free employees there to answer. Never again."

"The staff is nice but I don’t like the job. They need to work on knowing what to do and they are very misinformed on the pricing. When I called and asked for short hair color and blo dry they said $80 on the phone and when I arrived there they wanted to charge me a higher price. They are not reasonable and charge an extra $10 just to do a flat iron when they already charge $60 for the blo dry. I felt robbed and ripped off. Other salons I’ve been to never charged me extra like that for just the iron. Not coming back here again. This place is totally misleading and a rip off. Way over priced for a super cuts. On top of that the lady did not wash my hair very good and she used a bunch of these products and it’s irritating my scalp."
