"This has become my go to place when it comes to car issues. I’ve had to come get my car looked at over 5 times within the past 3 months because of several issues and the guys that I’ve been working with here have always been super nice and helpful."
"I called in the morning asking to see if they had my specific size of tires in stock. They said they did not however, their warehouse was just on the street and it wouldn’t take long to pick them up. I made an appointment showed up a little early, the gentleman at the counter were extremely pleasant, my car was ready within two hours. Customer service was exceptional thank you."
"Ok, I have mixed opinions here. I have always liked this place. Yesterday I went in with a tire that had a puncture with a nail. I was told if it could be fixed I wasn't going to be charged. The tire was fairly new (less than two years, about 20k miles I'd say). I truly thought nail was on the thread but I got the call saying it was on sidewall. I thought sidewall was THE SIDE of the tire. Anyway, I was happy in the beginning because they fixed punctures before (no charge) and I knew they could do it on this one. However, after the call I got a bit uneasy. Because of different motivations, I accepted the change of tire and all charges. But later on, I never got a call the job was done, so when I picked up the car I had some doubts about the whole situation. I could just be upset about having the nail and all, but things didn't look professional right after I dropped the car. (I forgot to mention I got two calls for the change with two different prices...what is that?). I feel as though I should have marked the old tire or taken pictures before dropping car off, and that should not be the feeling a customer should have."
"I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I recently received at your tire shop. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to bring it to your attention. Firstly, I observed a lack of respect towards customers. The service attitude displayed by your staff was notably arrogant, making the overall atmosphere unwelcoming. As a customer, I believe it is crucial to feel valued and respected during any service interaction. Furthermore, I was disheartened by the apparent discrimination against individuals with limited proficiency in English. It seemed that those who struggled with the language were treated with impatience and, at times, condescension. It is essential for businesses to uphold an inclusive environment, ensuring that all customers, regardless of language proficiency, feel comfortable and well-served. I trust that you take customer feedback seriously and that steps will be taken to address these concerns. A more respectful and inclusive approach will undoubtedly contribute to an improved customer experience and, in turn, foster positive word-of-mouth. Thank you for your attention to this matter."
"Had a slow leak tire and was dreading going to a tire shop this morning for a repair but what a good experience. I fully expected to be pressured into buying new tires and or some other services but nothing like that happened! The manager at American Tire Depot was superb. He was transparent with how long it would take and when it was done there was no charge to fix my tire! The tires were not purchased there so it had nothing to do with the warranty just a service they provide. The best part of going there was no pressure to buy anything. When it was done (and it was done super quick) the manager didn't try to sell me anything and told me the tired still had some good tread before I needed to replace them. I will definitely go back here to get new tires for both my cars in a few months from now. Give this place a shot if you have a flat or leaky tire or even need to purchase tires!"
