"Best tire shop I have ever been to can not believe the prices and the service they have it's truly my go to spot no tire shop can beat it"

"I had called a day before to get a quote and check for their availability Salvador told me the "guy" that does the break was not in. Very unprosfesional did not think muchbabout it. I was told to buy the parts and bring it the next day. I brought my car to get the breaks done. I had bought new rotors incase my old one could not be cut. I asked Salvador to let me know the outcome. He told me they did not need to be cut or that the rotors were find. The new break pads came in with new hardware (slide pin rubber boots, brake wear sensor’s and metal clips). Salvador did not used them. He did not measure my rotors demetion, he did not grease my dry sliding pins. In the process he reused my worn bent brake pad metal clip. He did not tell me anything. I waited for aprox 15 mintues for my turn. When he work on the breaks it took him another 15 minutes. Total of 30 minutes. I was like okay that was quick. I left the shop and the next day my wife used the car and told me she was hearing a squeak. I would drive with the windows down and could hear it too. My brother who works on buses, trucks diesel, gas natural gas systems for a city In L.A county happen to be visiting a weekend a go. He took the tires off to check the front breaks. My brother inpescted both my front breaks pointed out Salvador sloppy work. Salvador did not utilized the new hardware. The clips were bent those were making the squeak and my rotor needed to be replace. I live in this city and I like to support local businesses i would bring in the passes my cars here to get their tires change is close to me. This is abig desapoiment. This shop does not take care of the the veichels i gave them a chance. Salvador also broke a lug nut of one of my hubcaps and one was missing. Careless service. I Would not be bringing my vehicles here. You paid what you get. This shop service is low quality. Be aware."

"If I could put no star as a rating I truly would! They say they stand to be professional but the minute I showed up, “professional” was not the word I’d use. More like “inappropriate, incompetent, inconsiderate, etc” I expect a person to attend me with knowledge of what they’re selling me ! Convinced me and misinformed me of a used tire and assured me that it was the best price for that type of size and size. I searched one online and it was just $10 more for a new one ! These guys are just wanting to take money for their little hole-in-the-wall-shop! Horrible experience!!!!"

"Bought a “new” tire and second day I noticed a bump grew on the side and they claimed I hit a curb so they won’t give me a new tire ! Paid over 100$ for a new tire that lasted me a day and don’t want to give me a new one even though it had warranty !"
