"I went to see Jackie over the summer, and explained exactly what I wanted with my hair, even showed her pictures of how it was cut previously by a different stylist. I decided to wait until my hair grew back out to make any judgements, and I can definitely say that she did not cut my hair the way I wanted. I explained that my hair needs a lot of shape and it cannot all be one length and that is exactly how she cut it. It’s super flat in the back, with mismatched layers on both sides of my face. My curls haven’t recovered and it’s been months. I hate leaving negative reviews but if you have trouble with your curls, I recommend seeing someone else :("
