"Went in to patch a tire ended up costing me to replace a whole tire. He damaged my whole tire trying to remove it. Tire has a big gnash on the sidewall of it that was never there. Now costing me 200$ for a New tire. Still charged me to pay for the patch up that wasn’t even necessary anymore. I do not recommend"

"Most wonder person to attend to your every car need. Ask for Alec, she rocks. Brought in my girlfriend's car to get new tires. She was fast about finding the perfect tires for my budget and car. They were fast putting them on and making sure my brakes and rotors were cool too. A couple months later, we blew a tire with a metal spike on the FWY and Alec being the rock star she is, gave us a nice discount on the replacement to help us out. Then a few months later after that, we kept hearing a weird noise coming from the wheel that was replaced. Me thinking that it might of been the placement of the tire service, I called and they said bring it in ASAP. They check it out and found that it was the wheel bearing was damaged from wear and tear, most likely manufacturer defect. She said to take it the Ford dealership where we bought it and that it would be covered by the warranty. She never even charged us a diagnosis fee or anything. And guess what, it was the wheel bearing and covered by the warranty. I absolutely love Alec and Pomona Tire Center. They are good priced, honest, fast, reliable, very knowledgeable, customer friendly and did mention they were honest!"
