"UPDATE: Tire Rack responded to my review below asking me to contact their customer service with information regarding my review and purchase. I promptly responded and guess what? 4 days later and they haven't responded back. Am I surprised? Not really. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Didn't even get a chance to get what I ordered here. They told me my tires would be in by a certain date, which I needed them by and then another notification that my order was delayed a week. Had pretty high hopes for this place. When I called to cancel my order, the representative I spoke to wasn't very pleasant to deal with. They offered to ship to my house to receive in time but I'd lose the discount for picking up at their warehouse. I asked why couldn't they just ship to warehouse and I'll pick up there and still get the discount. Apparently that wasn't an option."

"Very fast service. Placed an order last night, and picked it up this morning. My purchase was a bit unusual for my car type so a customer service rep, Barry, went out of their way to reach out to me to see if I had made a mistake when ordering. I reassured them I had placed the order like that on purpose but I appreciated them checking. This gives me reassurance they care about the customer experience and service. Will be buying all my tires from them now!"

"Worst place ever to do business with never again will I order anything from them! I ordered a pair of $737 shocks. They were supposed to be correct for my vehicle. When I got them I noticed that they were longer than the other ones, so I gave him a call spoke with a specialist, and I was assured that they were the correct ones for my application fast forward after installation. They were much too long contact the customer service and they said since they were installed, i cannot return them????? this company absolutely does not care and you have to go through all kinds of different avenues and loopholes to get a hold of anybody everybody’s in a different department that needs to email or talk to somebody higher than them etc. never again this place is the worst!"

"I got my new tires installed at home for the first time today, and the tech Pete Morales did a fantastic job. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and he paid very close attention to the fine details such as giving me matching black wheel weights, placed them in a less visible location, and replaced valve stems. He shared a lot of education as he's a true pro, while also being very sociable and kind to myself and my two toddler boys. I'll DEFINITELY use Tire Rack again, and recommend them and Pete to all my gear head friends."

"Such a convenient option for those who live in SoCal. Ordered wheels and tires the day before and they were mounted balanced and packaged ready for us at will call! All hardware was packaged neatly in one set of wheels. Will totally do this again! Great service"
