"Overall, I was satisfied with my experience. I got a great price, and customer service was great. But, the website did not work well for me, and the system kept declining two perfectly good credit cards. Same problem on the phone with the customer service rep entering my info himself. Ultimately, needed his supervisor to get my card accepted "manually". A bit of a hassle, but the tires delivered 48 hours after ordered, so that was great!"
