"A nail punctured my back tire. I didn’t know how early many tire shops close on Saturdays??!! I went to 4 different ones in Alhambra and all were closed around 3:30pm Thankfully Just Tires was open until 8 and they were kind enough to patch up my tire at a reasonable price . Jeremy was kind enough to ask if they can get it done sooner since I am sure he saw I had my daughter and her friends with me and did not want to keep us waiting for so long ! We were out of there in less than 20 min"

"I drove up on my spare tire, and needed a new tire. I didn't call ahead or have an appointment, and the waiting room was crowded. But they got me in and out in about an hour, checked my other tires (they were OK), and I got a great price. I expected to be told I needed the other tires replaced, alignment, wheel balancing, etc. But they were great. No upselling pressure."

"These guys are good and kind! Very friendly too! They tried their best to help me even I couldn’t use their services."

"I’ve just got out of this location, they argued they couldn’t repair my tire because it was in an irreparable location, however, I took my car to Costco, they checked the tire and they told me that the tire was reparable, they repaired my tire for less money. These guys at Just Tires didn’t even bolder to check the tire, they will ask you where the damage is, as you where the technician. If I were to check the damage by myself, I would repair it too."

"I had a nail stuck in the rear tire, they didn’t even check and said this tire needs to be replaced since it’s on the side of the tire. The new tire costs $375 per their quote. I then went to M&R shop on Del Mar Road, the tech guy pulled the nail out and told me that the tier was fine and no leaking at all. Just Tires just wanted to make money by ripping people off."
