"Came for a rear wheel alignment. Arrived at the shop and was told to wait an hour while the staff eats lunch. They offered me a seat in the garage that the staff definitely uses to hang out. The vibes were strange. Finally they take my lexus in for service and do a couple “test drives” around the block. At the end of the day, the car now squeaks and the alignment issues were not fixed at all. I’d recommend taking your business someplace else."
