"First of all, I’ve been asking for the same color for 3 months. Every time I come back, they say the owner forgot to re order it. Secondly, I spent 2.5 hrs in the salon today because once you become a regular customer, they make you their least priority. There is absolutely no reason a mani pedi should take almost 3 hours. The first woman who was assigned to my nails kept joking about how she forgot what she was doing & kept walking around the salon aimlessly wasting my time & thinking it was funny. Then, she asked me if I wanted to soak my gel x off & I told her no. Unfortunately, the woman in the chair next to me later came in & said she wanted to soak her nails off. So my manicurist forgot I said no because she was too busy evesdropping on the woman next to me (in her own words). She then “accidentally” soaked off my gel x & I had to pay to replace the gel x that this lady soaked off by mistake. After 90 minutes of soaking off my nails, I was sent to another manicurist to replace the gel x & finish the manicure. I was never once asked what shape I wanted. But I had already been there too long to tell the new lady that I hate the shape & color but was tired of my time being wasted so couldn’t speak up. Next, the second woman who did my nails was disgustingly sick. Her nose was dripping through her mask. I wanted to walk out so badly but after wasting hours here I just needed my nails finished so I have a couple days to get them fixed by someone else. She kept walking away from the table to help other customers & to answer the phone. My time was wasted and the service was terrible. If that wasn’t enough, I took out cash from the atm to pay my bill & still tipped the 2 women who worked on my nails 12% despite the service I received. I then got a phone call from Soak nails that I paid cash but nobody received a tip & they asked me to tip the women over the phone!!! I’ve been here over 20 times according to their check in. I will never ever be back again. I couldn’t be more disappointed in Soak nails. Terrible management & service."
"Soak Nails is my favorite salon. Everyone is so kind and uplifting. This is my go-to for detailed designs because Mimi creates literal art! All the technicians are amazing so you can’t go wrong! Even if I move, this will still be my salon."
"I had a dip manicure with SUE and she was amazing. She was very precise and quick. I also enjoyed the small talk we had, she def gave me welcoming vibes. I will be returning for my next nail session. I HIGHLY recommend making an appointment because they seemed busy and I had gone in on a Monday afternoon. Make sure to bring your parking ticket so the nail salon validates it."
"This is an exceptionally clean salon. And everyone who has helped me has been friendly and accommodating. I come here for gel pedicures and it's an easy and great experience each time. I love the color choices and they even have trendy glitters like magnetic gels. They also offer vegan options. There's an ATM in the lobby but they accept card as well (and APPLE PAY!). Parking is easy, park in the underground garage! It's not $12, not $5, but only $3 when you get parking validation. From the parking garage, you can take the elevator or escalator to level 2. They sent me a text for appointment reminders which I appreciate a lot with my random schedule. I definitely recommend Soak Nails for anyone who wants a chill experience in a laid-back relaxing setting. After, I recommend going down to level 1 to Coffee Bean for a coffee!"
"I love coming here! They have parking under the building, amazing technicians and it is a nice environment. I don’t get my nails done frequently but when I do I come here. I found this place when looking for somewhere to get my wedding nails done, I did in fact get my wedding nails done here and they were perfect!"
