"Horrible customer service. I was talking very nice with a smile on my face and had a translator on my phone to communicate for them to understand what service I needed a little better and the owner started to yell at me for no reason and walked off. I felt nothing but negative energy and I just kept positive and didn’t match his energy and politely left and wave at him to kill him with kindness and still said thank you! No response from him. You don’t treat a customer rude especially someone who was positive the whole time. Never again!"
"Great service and prices!! I called on Thursday morning at 8am to ask about getting 2 replacement tires, they did not have them in stock but, said the tires would be in by 2pm the same day! I got a call before 2pm that the tires were in. I got to the shop at 215, had no wait, and was out by 245 with 2 new tires mounted and balanced. Price of the tires were comparable to many big name shop. This place is no frills but I'll take that any day because of the kindness and speediness of the shop. I'll go back anytime I need anything tire related. Make sure to support this locally owned hidden gem!!"
