"I came limping in off the freeway, miles away from home, with a fast-deflating tire. As soon as I pulled up I was greeted, and a quick diagnosis was performed. The technician pointed out the damage, and Arman (manager) sat with me to go over options. 1 bad tire, 1 similarly worn front tire, and I decided to replace all four. The pricing was fair, the service was swift, and a good cup of coffee was served to me. All in all- 5 Stars, for sure."

"BEWARE Choosing Service Tire Company turned out to be a real nightmare. I wanted to purchased new tires for my classic car, as well as get my rims refurbished. So the owner Armand promised that he could accommodated me and scheduled an appointment the next day. I explained to Armand that my car ran fine, but had 3 flat tires and would have to be towed to his shop. Armand understood and then scheduled me an appointment the next morning. Though I came on time, I ended up having to wait more than 2 hours for the tires just to show up. Then as I looked on from afar, the worker assigned to my car made a beeline over to me and rudely told me to go inside and wait in the office. I was confused because I was standing on the sidewalk in front of the business. I realized the worker didn’t want to be watched and just rolled his eyes and shook his head in disgust when I told him I was fine where I was at. Due to his attitude, I told him it was fine if he didn’t want to work on my car. Then he completely abandoned the job. After the worker stormed off, I tracked down Armand and explained how unprofessional his worker had acted. The owner apologized, but then proceeded to make excuses for his employee, saying that the worker’s English wasn’t that good and that I should just understand. I told him I did, but that I also thought customer service was important. Armand said he would have another employee work on my car if I didn’t mind waiting. I told him I didn’t mind. Armand seemed to not get over the embarrassed of his employee. But instead of trying to improve things, he just became angry. Suddenly, he’s telling me that his shop cannot meet my expectations. Then after cancelling my job, the owner refused to pay to get my car to another shop. So not only was I inconvenienced, I also had to spend an additional $300 dollars for a tow. I plan to take Service Tire Company to court if not reimbursed for the unnecessary expenses I incurred. I am a disabled Air Force veteran, and this is my true and sworn testimony."
