"I arrived today at 6:32pm 1/24/2023 (Tuesday) and met at the door with an employee who let a couple out, locked it and just did the no more hand signal across his neck/chest. Google and the website says they are open til 7pm. Checked the website it says 7pm and it is 6:40pm as I am writing this review. Also the phone was put on hold/busy signal and they were not taking any calls. Beware if you think you can get there right before closing!"
"Asked if they carried Converse Shoes, The Guy said, No! until I showed him The ad in Google then he said "Oh yes! over there and pointed towards the "Bay Fair Entance opening " But we Bought and Left, it took 20 minutes because the Credit Card Machine didn't work, so we needed to pay cash."
