"I've gone to this place a few times. I've made appts, I've walked in. Either way I usually have to wait 15 minutes or so, no big deal. Went in today to get my 5 year Olds hair cut and the blonde woman said it would be a 20 minute wait. 45 minutes later, she continues to just ignore my son and I and takes every other person who comes in. Even just a simple, "it will just be a few more minutes sorry for the wait" would go a long way. But no. My 38 week pregnant self and 5 year old are just completely not acknowledged as we sit and wait for almost an hour. We eventually just got up and walked out. Won't be coming here again."
