"I found this salon through Instagram. They do beautiful hair coloring. This time I went for only a haircut. (I'm not ready for color yet). I have fine and thin hair (not a lot of hair). I also hadn't had a haircut in 1 year, and I had a lot of dead, split ends. Even combed with hair oil applied, the ends do not stay down and felt like straw. This is my 1st time to this salon, and I scheduled through text message. Misa was my stylist. She was so kind and considerate. She consulted with me what she could do for my hair every step of the way. I wanted layers and curtain bangs. She shampooed/conditioned my hair, removed the dead ends, cut and kept my length, and she offered to style it with beach waves. I am really happy with the cut! Also the beach waves are so pretty! I look forward going here again and hopefully getting my hair colored!"

"After not coloring my hair for three years, I decided to go ahead and get a hair makeover. I booked an appointment at Sunkissed Salon, and I was really excited, so I took the day off. However, after being there for seven hours, they weren't able to deliver the results I wanted. The stylist toned my hair three times, but the color wasn't even close to what I had in mind. I understand that perfection isn't always possible, but I expected at least 60-70% of what I wanted. I went back two days later for another four hours, but still, they couldn't achieve the color I wanted, and they toned my hair three more times. At this point, I was frustrated and upset. I spoke with the owner, but she didn't seem to care about my dissatisfaction as a customer. I asked if I could at least get a partial refund for the damage done to my hair, which is now very dry and burnt from all the chemicals used, and for spending a total of 11 hours at the salon. The owner flatly refused, citing that too much product had been used on my hair. However, I argued that the excessive product usage could have been avoided if they had gotten it right the first time. It's not my fault. Now, I'm stuck with a hair color that doesn't complement my skin tone and makes me feel uncomfortable. I regret coming to this salon because, in the end, they didn't care about customer satisfaction, and I'm left with both the color and no refund to correct my hair elsewhere. It's frustrating when you work hard for your money, as we all do, and receive mediocre salon services. If you're not happy with the work, just know that the owner, Kacie, doesn't care and will not provide a refund. I would advise against going to this place."
