Supercuts

"HORRIBLE experience. I told the stylist exactly how I wanted my hair trimmed (it was already in the style I wear it, and even showed her a picture) and she effing took it upon herself to start chopping away IMMEDIATELY. A cut or two into it, she cut it sooo short, no alternative but to cut ALL SHORT. I'M PISSED! ZERO STARS! Make that MINUS 100 STARS!!"

"No respect for appointment times. They prefer their known customers over customers with appointment/online check-ins. I waited 40 minutes after my appointment time still I had no idea how much more I had to wait. I decided to skip it and go to another supercut nearby. They should keep a track of who is a walk-in and when they come. But since there’s no person at the desk, you have to just wait and keep wondering when you’ll be called. Been coming here for a couple years, this has been an issue since then. But not anymore, cos I’ll never go back here."

"Great haircut especially for the price. They were friendly and efficient. I paid $27 when the other barbers / salons were $55. Edit, came back again. I live in Canada but come here for my haircuts when I have a trip planned to Campbell. Chau (unsure if my spelling is correct) is just fantastic was her scissors."

"We’ve been coming to this place for years. As “Cost-Cutters”, they operated successfully, but since it’s “Supercuts”, the business has gone down. Jessica and Helen are great, and the only reason we come back. Today, we made an appointment; the computer system doesn’t work well, we still had to wait. The system is so difficult to operate, it took more time to pay than to get a (great) haircut. We will miss you, Jessica and Helen. Thank you for your years of great hair cuts. Ron & Nitha"

"I’ve been taking my three boys here for years but I will never go again. Firstly, the price has gone up by $10 per haircut in less than three years which makes it not a cheap place anymore. Secondly, we got the three worst haircuts the boys have ever received. My oldest son, 15, is going to school in hats and hoodies because his hair is so bad. His friends are all so incredulous that they’ve been taking pictures of the sides and back to show him how bad it is. Ugh. The lady got it to his preferred length and then proceeded to cut it too short on the other side so she had to chop it all off. We asked her to only use the razor at the back and around his ears, but she didn’t listen and went to town on his whole head. She cut a giant circle around his ear so that there’s almost two inches of bare skin behind his ear. She tried to leave it long and uneven in the back which looked like a really bad and weird mullet. I made her fix that at least. The other two boys have uneven and choppy layers, but at least their hair isn’t as bad as their brother’s. When I was watching them get their hair done, the woman they had combed up a bit to cut and had to hack at the bits several times because her scissors were so dull. I am so disappointed with this and the fact that I paid $90 for three haircuts without shampoos (which are extra money, of course) that took them about 20 mins each. We are looking for somewhere else."
