"My small toddler, husband, dad and brother all went in for a haircut and everyone there was so great! Previous we took my son to a kid designated place and it was a pretty traumatic experience, so I was already nervous walking in. Yes, my son still had a really tough time, but everyone there was so kind and accommodating that we were able to get his haircut with the fewest amount of tears. The balloon also made a huge difference. I was trying all my weird mama thing I could do to keep my son feeling safe and I was grateful for the grace and kindness of the staff. In a stressful situation I could tell they did their best to help in every way they could!"

"Bella was very nice and friendly however my haircut was uneven and felt rushed. I noticed it before I left and asked to get it fixed but I got home and it was still uneven so I went back again to get it corrected. It's still a little off but better. I also had to stand up while getting my hair cut, (which I've had to do before at other places too) but it's awkward and not preferred. I wouldn't go back."

"Insanely bad haircut from Minh. Proceeded to cut my hair for a simple #1 buzzcut and started just going in circles trying to cut my hair. Halfway through states "I don't have experience with your kind of hair sorry". Completely unacceptable for someone who is supposed to be a professional in this industry. Hair isn't even, longer patches of hair in multiple areas, during the lining up process she just gave up halfway through. Worst haircut I've ever had in my life. Now I have to pay more money to have it corrected by someone else."
