"Appointment done by an entirely different person. With no notification. Showed what was wanted, and swayed to do something entirely different. Asked for color, at appointment was told it was not needed in their opinion. Communication is poor and biased. The transparency and communication Extremely poor. You only know what is happening when it happens and it’s not done in a way that you’d like it to be done. They redirect repeatedly until it is what they desire not you. I do not believe that they hear themselves talking when they communicate with the client and then tell you what they feel you need to do. This could’ve been a wonderful experience and could have walked out, feeling good about a new look, that did not happen. The appointment should’ve been done by the person that the appointment was made with. I’m sure it would’ve been an amazing experience as it has been in the past."

"This salon should be on HGTV. It’s beautiful, minimal, clean, and everyone is so stylish so you know your hair is going to have a great outcome. Sean is my go to in California. He does the best blonde, color correction, and cuts. I showed up after having a disastrous self toner job. As a blonde you never expect your hair to turn red/violet. I had the worst 4 inch ring of red below my line of demarcation. Sean removed it! He did a color correction. The. put this amazing Brazilian hair mask on me, leaving my hair feeling healthy and strong. Then put a semi permanent color over that. & let me tell you how it was worth every penny! I didn’t lose length, I’m still blonde, and my hair feels amazing. Thank you Sean! & Shannel for stepping in to help when he needed 4 hands.
