"I witnessed the hair tech, Anh, humiliate a mother, nearly to tears, in front of her 3 children over not being able to tip. The mother had some membership and I heard her try to explain she didn’t have the means to tip, although she was happy with her child’s cut. There was zero compassion from Anh. This is Unacceptable behavior. Idc how good you think you are at Supercuts. No, thank you. I would never give this person my business. Do better Anh."
