"I’ve been to a few places and other Supercuts ,and none of The stylists couldn’t get my son’s haircut, right nor handle his ADHD/autism needs Dealing with sensory issues,I took him to Linda where he felt more comfortable with her cutting his hair. She was very patient and attentive to his needs and talk to him throughout the whole process of cutting his hair. I also went for a beard trimming as well a couple days ago and I was impressed by her recommendations on beard trimming and beard styles.. Thanks Linda, we will definitely be coming back to you"

"I got a hair cut with Linda and was the worst hair cut. I showed her an image of what I wanted and forced the only style she knew how to cut. After I brushed my hair to my liking I went to pay not content with MY haircut as it was her hair cut I paid and left which I felt was fair but she went to proceed to ask for a tip. My hair looks like it needs to be finished. Don’t see Linda"

"The "stylist" (more like hack job) Linda does a terrible job everytime I've gone to get a haircut. They are always so busy and just try to whip through customers so fast. She doesn't listen to how you would like your hair styled. She is always trying to guilt people into buying products saying "they've had bad sales for the day" . I've tried talking to her how I want my hair styled and she just styles it the way she thinks it should be done. They have also raised their prices and Linda also asks for a cash tip when you are paying with a card. I'll never be returning to this place."

"This is the best hair salon for Santa Clara and San Jose area in Stevens Creek. Robert, my hair stylist, took care of giving me the best look. I had a worst experience in another business locally where the hair stylist created a mess out of my low dense semi bald hair. So I tried Supercuts since my wife is a regular here. I talked about this to Robert and he not only is a good listener, but also explained courteously about the best look he can give for me. He thoroughly explained about what kind of trimming he was doing to each portion of hair. I had a great and pleasant experience here. I highly recommend this location to everyone. They do offer online booking and also walk-ins. Just check in at the touch screen and they will call you by the token number. Every other stylist I noticed here today were calm and patient adding to the pleasant feel and ambience. I would definitely return back."
