She listened to all my hair desires, counseled me and gave me the most beautiful, long layered razor cut taking me from drab to fab. The pay structure at this salon is a newer concept for me that is based on set hourly rates for the stylists with gratuity factored in. I think it's great way to do it. The salon is absolutely stunning, so light and airy, clean and comfortable and functional too! I felt welcomed and heard and left totally satisfied, it was a great experience.
