"I started working with Jenny and loved it. But the last time, I went she had over booked and had her assistant do my highlights, which ended up over processed and damaged. Jenny finished the rest of the appointment but seemed rushed the whole time and didn’t even tone the highlights at the end. :( it could have been an off day but I wasn’t willing to go back and find out."

She always knew how to take my description of what I was looking for and turn it into a great haircut, and she really looks at your hair type and customizes the cut accordingly. "I have been seeing Jenny for over a year now and she has turned my hair around! When I first started seeing her I had a lot of issues but now as I just went in last week she told me my hair is very healthy. I guess part of that is what I do but I don't cut it and I don't color it, only that can be done as well as it has been by her. Often you get a stylist who's only good at one or the other and she's good at both! I hate to recommend her because then it might be harder for me to get in but you won't find better, I promise! She has other hairdressers there that have helped her work on me when it was busy and they are very good as well too. Lily is as sweet as can be and she's also very good!"
