They took the time to explain the details of my 13 year old son's options and braces to him. They patiently answered all his questions in a way that he felt both heard and listened to. Sue, who has worked there for decades, was also so amazing to sit down with us and demonstrate all the possibilities that my son could see. I was very impressed with their ability to talk with teenagers in a relatable way. Great services!"

"I can't believe I'm writing this but I've been consistently down by Dr. Peters and his office during the long-term care phase of treatment. I had 4 years of braces with him when I was a teenager. After college, I had a brief short course of invisalign. Despite my parents sacrificed thousands of dollars to get my teeth straight, his office refuses to help with ongoing long term care, like reorder retainers 12 years later. I feel like he took my families money, discharged me, and now I'm left to find someone to help with long-term maintenance. I wish they would just take some responsibility for long-term help."
