"I came in for a sudden toothache, which turned out to be an impacted wisdom tooth that I have been anxious about taking out. The tooth is very far up, and I have had bad experiences at other dental offices which don't know how to handle easy gag reflex (dentist yelling "open your mouth" when I physically couldn't because of the gag). Luckily, Dr. Vu was very thoughtful about the gag reflex issue from the scanning to the extraction - she was super efficient and took the tooth out in a few minutes, and I didn't gag at all in the process which I really appreciated. Lianne from the office is also sweet and kind in our communication and was able to put me in for a last-minute appointment."

"I had the best dental experience with Dr.Vu and Dr.Mark. I have a lot of anxiety in regards to going to the dentist. From the time I walked in I was greeted in a kind manor. The entire staff is very professional with a high level of care and compassion. My dental needs were explained to me so I could understand what my needs were. "Avoid coming here if possible. I have not received service in months and am now being charged for a cancelled appointment which I had not been informed off at any point since my last service. The last time I was at this dental office in Sept I asked the receptionist various time if my service had been paid in full and I was told yes and rushed out, they seemed to be busy and trying to get patients out fast. I randomly received a balance forward this past weekend and when inquiring about what this charge was about I was finally told about a cancellation charge. This is incredibly upsetting as I have been flexible with them when my appointments had to be pushed later or earlier due to them prioritizing other clients. I should’ve heeded the warnings of the 1 star google and yelp reviews. Terrible communication and mediocre service."
