"Be super careful on if the person is understanding what you are saying this has happened the second time at two different super cuts. My son wanted a high fade a number 2 on the side and blended in. And he ended up going bald basically. I don't understand. He has picture day tomorrow. The guy apologized and was very sorry and he didn't want any money from me. But the girl from south san Francisco one did and I gave her $10 because she made it my fault. But as for the guy who did my son's hair cut he took accountability for what happened. I even was trying to tip him as well but he wouldn't take it. So even though there was mistakes made. I will still suggest going to the San Bruno one but make sure everyone is on the same page."
