"Absolutely in love with my new haircut! I am so impressed with this salon - their environment is the coolest, service was amazing, and the quality of the haircut is more than 5 stars! From the moment I walked in I was greeted even though it was super busy, I always appreciate that! I was offered a variety of beverages, and was taken care of right away. Consultation was great, Fernando did an awesome job listening to what I wanted and the end result was outstanding. I am so happy with my hair, I didn't even know my natural hair could be this way! I feel so pretty and more like myself. It's been difficult finding the right place that knows exactly how to work with wavy/curly hair texture, and I'm so happy I found this place! I had the urge to color my hair a hidden rainbow style at another salon, and my felt my hair disconnected. I decided to go for a bob to balance the color and even hide it a little more since it was showing too much on the ends. Fer once again did an amazing job! He worked with my hair and my goal and did exactly what I pictured in my head!"

"I was so disappointed with the service and work with Bobbie. Despite the exorbitant prices, the quality of service and work fell far below expectations. I specifically went to Bobbie for balayage, providing clear instructions on the desired ashy caramel shade. However, the outcome was disastrous – my hair was overbleached and suffered from damage due to the excessive treatment. After enduring over 6 hours, the result was an unattractive blonde, a stark contrast to what I had initially requested. Even the assistant was shocked when she saw the final result. She told me to come within next two weeks to fix the hair but when I tried to schedule, they claimed unavailability. When I later attempted to reschedule for the following day due to their constraints, they refused service, citing a two-week limit, conveniently ignoring their own scheduling issues. SAVE YOUR HAIR AND DON'T GO TO THIS SALON."
