"My original colorist left. The new colorist did not go into the computer to see what combinations she did like I asked her to. Also, left me in the middle of her highlighting my her to give a color consult to some one else. I had to keep track of the time because I felt my hair was not going to turn out right. Sure enough it was to light. She had to do a toner to darken it. She left it on and went on to work on her next client. After 20 minutes, went up to her and said., “it’s been 20 minutes” which she replied don’t worry. It can be on for 30min. I new it was going to turn out right to dark which it did. You would think paying $ 504 for highlights and color one would get what one wanted. My cut by the designer was fabulous."

The inside of the shop is gorgeous, the employees are genuine and helpful, and they use top-of-the-line products. Janet colored my hair and I am soo happy with how it turned out!
