"I went there with a chosen hairstyle. I showed to Peter right away before washing hair. Here is my opinion about my experience: Pros: 1.haircut is okay, not below, but not above regular level very much either. 2. They wash your hair before cutting. I know some other salons in Cupertino, hair wash is not included if you don't require. Cons: 1. The hairstyle he and his colleague "give" to me is quite different from what I showed to him. 2. Peter would serve more than one customer simultaneously. 3. Expensive. I searched and found that in most or at least some other stores, the perm price includes haircut. But he charged me haircut + perm. Compared to another currently rather popular salon, this price is high, or at least not a big deal as he thinks. 4. He charges 3.5% process fee for credit card/apple pay, even if you spend $200. Doesn't make sense, I think."
