"Dr. Gonzalez and her staff are terrific — kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. I am from another state and was visiting family in San Rafael when my son’s orthodontic apparatus broke. Dr. Gonzalez and her staff were so understanding and compassionate. They squeezed us in that very afternoon and Dr. Gonzalez quickly and cheerfully fixed the problem. My son was nervous about going to this new orthodontist in an unfamiliar place, and Dr. Gonzalez made him feel comfortable and at ease right away. Dr. Gonzalez’s cute little therapy dog also really helped. My son and I agreed that if we lived in Marin, we would definitely choose Dr. Gonzalez as our orthodontist. I later found out that Dr. Gonzalez is the orthodontist for my cousin’s child and they absolutely love her."
