"I went in to see a lady who agrees to help me add some layors to a cut that was a it in even. I went in and tried showing her photos but she didn’t want to see them, she said she wanted to even out my hair first. By the time she was done evening out my hair I barley had any left. I asked her to add some layors and some texture where I wanted it and she refused. Nothing worse then trusting someone with a very short cut for the first time and having them do it the way they want and then to refuse to do what ask was so frustrating. I ended up going home and spending the whole day fixing it myself."

"Went there yesterday around 2pm. Pretty bad experience. I asked for a military fade and to keep the top so I could still use hair-gel to spike up the front up. She used the trimmers, instead of scissors, because she didn’t want to ruin her nails. Now I can’t spike my hair and I look like a police officer. I’m a representative for my organization and I look ridiculous. Pretty disappointing…"
