"We had been customer for a few years. Danny accused my daughter pulling her nails off, after a full set only being on for 2 days. I watched 3 of the nails lift that night. She couldn’t return the next day because of school and work. Saturday AM was the next availability she had. After him arguing with us, they said they have plenty of customers and don’t need us. This was disgusting and rude!!!!! Edit: my daughter did not put any nail oil or strengthener on until “after” her nails lifted to help protect them. What was upsetting is the arguing and accusing us. You were closed by the time her nails lifted. We could not call. Friday she had school and work and wasn’t able to call. 36 hours later was the best a 16yr old was able to do. Fully knowing I had an appointment for my fill, Danny turned off his light and choose not to to do my fill. Which is why I said you lost customers. Your choice of words “we have plenty of customers, we don’t need you” was rude and super disrespectful. You are lucky to have the high school right there to keep you open. Note: Yes - you did refund us fully, after accusing us. Thank you for that."

"I'm new to the area and wanted to find a nail salon that I could go to regularly. I got an acrylic fill, and the next day they started to chip. I also noticed right away they were very thick and clumpy. I went back in the next day and kindly asked to be refunded, however the lady who did my nails refused to do so and proceeded to tell me how I'm wrong. she proceeded to yell at me in front of her customers and aggressively grab my hands and point out that the color I got was the only reason my nails looked the way they did. I could tell she was getting defensive and reassured her that as an artist she did a great job and that in no way was I trying to invalidate her work, and I just wanted my refund so that I can get them fixed elsewhere. She only gave me $25 of the $50 that I paid for the fill. I'm extremely disappointed, this place has no understanding of what customer service is. I will never return."

"Worse place I’ve been so far. She did both my pedicure and gel manicure in less than 25 min. And I paid $60 for that. No attention to detail. She speeds up to take more people and make more money. I will never be back."
