"It is with much sadness that I'm writing this review because I have been a patient at this office for a little over 3 years and have been completely satisfied with both Drs. Jeffers' family and their kind staff. I had an appointment with Dr Nicholas Chiu on February 21st 2023 for a cavity filling and a dental cleaning performed by Dental Hygenist Janay Buddingh, who also performed a local anesthesia on me prior to Dr Chiu treating my cavities. The unfortunate results of this visit was Mrs Buddingh caused a serious Nerve Injury that left my left side numbed for months and to this day I can not taste any savory food which is making me really anxious and sad because I'm not being able to taste food and because this is a nerve damage there is not really any treatment available to help revert the issue . Dr Chiu was very attentive and referred me to an Oral Surgeon to try and explain to me what happened and confirm if I was really numbed. Altough he was very polite , He tried to dismiss me and test my level of inteligence , I will dare to say He was gaslighting me and trying to cover this horrendus situation ."

"I had a good experience except with the high cost, however I recommended Dr Jeffers to my sister and she's having a bit of a not good time. She has a front tooth extraction. The temporary Dentures did not fit at all. It is a nightmare. They asked her to wait a whole week until they can fix it. My sister works at a school and not having a front tooth is not acceptable. She cannot take the week off from school /work. Going to the dentist is extremely stressful for my sister and I and she's just having a not good time of it. "I am a patient with former dental trauma. Jeffers dentistry impressed me with their customer service and dental care. The woman who performed x rays was incredibly personable, it immediately put me at ease. She streamlined what I came to expect as the “normal” but uncomfortable X-ray process. It was a pleasant surprise to be paired with a care provider that was empathetic and engaging to chat with, I am looking forward to seeing her again. The dentist was professional and efficient. When he made his recommendations I found him to have tact, he was concise, and he had my full trust. I was paired with Dr. Chiu, (before arriving I read his bio and felt at ease as an anxious patient), he provided excellent care. As an anxious client I’m always wary of my next visit, for the first time I’m not looking at my next visit with foreboding and I’m inspired with my aftercare."
