"The worst insurance ever! I paid in advanced for 6 months. Was involved in a car accident. Was not at fault. I try to get a reimbursement for the x amount I paid for. And they first give me a hard time in trying to accept the paper work I provided for total loss. Was sent back n forth through the phone with people that didn't know what to do Just to end up with them telling me that because I had two cars listed in my policy. And therefore the other car was gone, I couldn't get a refund ? Make that sound right? HELLLOOO I was in a car accident Paid 6 MONTHS IN ADVANCE the vehicle was not being used for 3 months because it is a TOTAL LOSS. AND all you can offer was 43 dollars !?? After I paid near damn 600 ?!!! MOST DEFINITELY DON'T GET THIS INSURANCE all they do is steal your money and tell you it's because you had 2 cars before and now you have 1 I am not happy with this service and especially after a car accident that I didn't want to have in the first place. Will not be renewing anything !"

"Not recommended, anyone looking for insurance is better off going to a more reputable insurance company. Set up auto pay and my policy gets canceled twice in row. Just to be charged a late fee. The funny thing is that when I called they use my card that was on file set up for auto pay. Definitely not worth it after reading all these reviews. Shady insurance company I get charge a cancellation fee and I don’t even get my money back before my month is over! When I call they are always closed I never dealt with an insurance company that does not answer the phone, imagine making a claim. I called to receive a cancellation confirmation and they never reach out through email or phone. Good luck."

"I don’t have this insurance but my sis in law and husband do. And thank God i did not allow my husband to add me!!! They are the worst insurance company ever!!!! My sis was involved in a accident and they absolutely didn’t cover anything they without even taking a proper report said she was at fault! No investigation was done they didn’t even call her! We found out per our lawyers!. And they refused to cover the fees of the towing after they themselves sent it to get picked up and to be taken to the body shop I do not recommend this insurance run! Away! My husband is looking into a new car insurance after this! Even my brother in law is leaving this insurance thank God i did get this insurance! All cause they don’t want to pay up!"
