"Why is Ampla Health even in business since they do not provide medical health. I have fallen down and hurt my shoulder and hip. They tell me that I need to see a specialist. I see the specialist. They gave me a shot in shoulder and that I will need to come back for more shots. Well the shots are a joke. They last a whole two weeks. So here I am in pain and Ampla tells me we do not prescribe Narcos or any pain medication. I other thing about Ampla in Orland or any so called Dr in Orland. If you are white for get it. You will not get medical help. All illegals get all the help with the US government paying for all their care. US citizens forget it you get no help."

"Made an appointment to establish a primary care about 6 months ago and was told beginning of December would be the earliest for new patients. They called today to say the doctor would be gone all December and now my appointment is in the end of March. This means a 9-10 month wait to see a doctor, clearly they can’t handle their patient load."

"I went to Orland to get cleared for a Total knee replacement surgery. First they treated me very roughly by staff and dentist. Then they wrote down what I needed to do to get cleared for surgery, which had to be done by a surgeon at the Chico Ampla dental. CHICO AMPLA WAS AMAZING BY THE WAY. They said that I needed 2 extractions which were performed quickly by Chico with some help by Chico Ampla Dental fitting me in even though I had no appointments. I had already had my knee surgery put off,from Oct 26 to Nov 16th. Because you have to wait 6 weeks after dental to have the surgery. Orland only told me that I needed the 2 extractions and nothing else was written and I was told I could do deep cleaning, ect. AFTER THE SURGERY! So after getting done the things I was told were necessary, I set up another surgery date. Then 5 days before surgery, the surgeon office tried to get the clearance from Orland and they said, no I need this, and this and this. Had they said that I would have had those things done. Quickly because time was essential. I had been unemployed by COVID-19 since March 18th. I am self employed so I thought I would have to wait for retirement to do this surgery and my pain level is thru the roof. So since I am not working for the first time ever, the surgery needed to be NOW, so I could get back to work, my fiances , family, life are being directly and dramatically devastated here. But Orland Ampla Dental office is now saying something completely different than what they had said to me with no regard for me. I surely would have gotten all the other procedures done expediently to get my surgery done. So they start calling me 5 days before my surgery date to do procedures I knew nothing about and they knew that my only reason for my dental visit was surgery clearance. So now my surgery has been canceled once again because Orland told me that I could have the rest of my procedures done AFTER MY SURGERY, and then changed everything they said, 5 DAYS BEFORE SURGERY, and now my surgery is going to have to be 2 and a half months out from now. Devastated me, physically, emotionally, financially! ."
