"I have been going to Steve Delbuono for over 20 years, always had exeptional service. Since he retired last year, I was trying to get a hold of anyone who can help us, unfortunately never recieved a promised call back. Since the begining of 2024 tried to contact them multiple times , without any success. Phone number is not working and noone returns messages . I am frustrated."

"The first day these people gained my trust then afterwards charged me more than was initially discussed and ive been getting the run around everysince...being charged way more than they stated..had coverage from october 6th 2023 here it is november 3rd they are asking instead of the initial 112.00 for liability...now they are saying i have to pay 175.00 per month for liability...you people are wrong for what youre doing..i dont recommend acceptance nor aspire insurance...they just took my money and made false promises!"
